From 2002-2006, Sperber attended Arizona State University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Accounting. From 2004, he was Founder and President of Explosion Sportswear Corp, which he created while attending college and later sold in 2017. Clients included the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, Team USA Olympics and many Fortune 100 companies. In 2014, he started Interactive Apparel, an augmented-reality company, focused on engaging interactive marketing campaigns for businesses, using products that trigger AR experiences. Mr. Aplass bought his first piece of real estate over 15 years ago and has since done over 150 real estate transactions ranging from single family, multi family and commercial buildings. Mr. Aplass founded Explosion Sportswear, upon graduation from Washington State University, where he double majored in Business Management & Human resources. Mr. Aplass enjoys hobbies like playing soccer, reading business & real estate books, and enjoying quality time traveling the world with his wife and daughter.
Garrett Schmidt brings over 20 years of leadership and management experience to each of Green Elephant Project Management’s endeavors. A native of Morgan Hill, CA, Garrett went to college in San Luis Obispo, CA before transferring to Rochester, NY to play collegiate soccer at Rochester Institute Of Technology. There he earned his degree in print management and thereafter began his managerial experience through opening his first restaurant with his father. Garrett moved to Arizona in 2001, where he honed in his management & leadership skills while developing a strong attention to detail. He did so by building three successful Buffalo Wild Wings franchises throughout the valley.
In 2016 Garrett began working in construction and real estate investment. He and his business partners formed Green Elephant Development in 2018, where he has worked on and managed the home renovation projects of over 35 homes; ranging from light cosmetic remodels to rebuilds & additions. Garrett’s extensive management and leadership experience has proven paramount since the company has expanded rapidly over the past two years. In his role as Green Elephant’s General contractor, Garrett’s attention to detail ensures that renovation projects are completed correctly, the first time.
After living in Gilbert for 13 years, Garrett moved to the Central Phoenix Area In 2014 with his lovely wife Kristin, where they currently reside with their two young sons. When Garrett isn’t on a job site or spending time with his family, he enjoys running and playing soccer.
